Lucas Oil Stadium
The Lucas Oil Stadium is the current Colts’ stadium. This stadium stands out for its view, since people can see the city landscape from the benches. It opened in 2008 and replaced the RCA Dome that was built in 1983.
The $ 720.000.000 USD stadium, Owned by Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority has a field turf surface and its capacity is of 70,000 viewers.
Uniform and logo
The colts’ current uniform is a blue jersey with white stripes and white pants with a blue stripe, while the helmet is a white one with a blue stripe in the middle, with the team’s logo to its side. In the other hand, the alternative helmet is a blue one.
The Indianapolis Colts’ logo has been the same shape of a horse shoe since 1984, but in 2002, the horse shoe changed of color by another blue, a little different. A lucky symbol of sorts.
