Arsenal have been champions of England on 13 occasions, they have also won the FA Cup a record 11 times and the League Cup a total of 2 times. Even though their list of domestic achievements are impressive they have never won the Champions League in their history.

Nicknamed “The Eagles” Crystal Palace FC play their home matches at Selhurst Park in South Norwood, London. Palace doesn’t have any major trophies to their credit but has played in the Premier league for a total of 6 seasons.
Palace holds the record for getting relegated the most number of times from the Premier League (1992/93, 1994/95, 1997/98 & 2004/05). The run of relegations was finally put to an end in the 2013/14 campaign when the team under the management of Tony Pulis avoided the drop for the first time in their history.
Palace has been FA Cup runners-up on one occasion where they would lose the final against Manchester United.

Founded in the year 1884, Leicester play their home matches at the King Power Stadium in Leicester. Nicknamed “The Foxes” Leicester has won the English second division title a record 7 times (Jointly held with Manchester City).
Leicester has 3 League Cup trophies to their credit and has been FA Cup runner-up on four separate occasions. The closest Leicester have come to winning the English First Division was in the 1928/29 season when they finished 2nd at the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur or simply known as the “Spurs” was founded in the year 1882. Spurs play their home games at the White Hart Lane stadium in Tottenham.
Spurs were the first English club to win a UEFA competition by winning the UEFA Cup in the 1971/72 season; they have won the English League title 2 times, the FA Cup 8 times and the League Cup 2 times.
Spurs have also won the UEFA Cup two times but their last major trophy came almost a decade back in the 2007/08 season (League Cup).
Spurs have a fierce rivalry with Arsenal and the matches between the two are called North London Derby; they jointly hold the record with Manchester United for the most goals in a single Premier League game.

Founded in the year 1863 Stoke City is one of the oldest clubs in England. They were initially known as the “Stoke Ramblers”.
Nicknamed “The Potters” Stoke play their home games at the Britannia Stadium which houses a capacity of slightly more than 27,000.
Despite being the second oldest club in the country they have won only one major trophy during their time and that was the League Cup in the 1971/72 season.
Stoke played in the Premier League for the first time in the 2008/09 season and have never been relegated from the Premier League. There highest finish in the league came in the 2013/14 season when they finished 9th.

Nicknamed “The Saints” Southampton play their home matches at the St.Mary’s Stadium in Southampton since 2001.
Founded in the year 1885, Southampton were one of the founding members of the Premier League in 1992, the only major trophy that they have won during their time is the FA Cup in 1976 when they beat United 1-0.
Southampton has spent 16 seasons in the Premier League and their best finish during this time was 8th place which they achieved in the 2002/03 and 2013/14 seasons.

Newcastle United FC
Newcastle was one of the founding members of the Premier League in 1992 and has spent 21 seasons in the EPL. Newcastle have been four time league champions with the last one coming in the 1926/27 season, they have also won the FA Cup 6 times with the last one coming in 1955.
In the Premier League there highest finish was 2nd which they secured on two separate occasions once in 1995/96 and the other time in `1996/97.
Newcastle has a fierce rivalry with Sunderland and the matches between the two are called Tyne-Wear Derby.
Sunderland were founded in the year 1879 and they have so far won a total of 6 league titles with the last one coming in 1935/36 season. They also have two FA Cups to their credit with the last one coming in 1973.
Sunderland did reach the League Cup finals in 2014 but lost to Manchester City in the finals. Sunderland have spent a total of 14 season in the Premier League with the best finish during this time being 7th which they achieved in the 1999/20 and 2000/01 seasons.
They have an intense rivalry with Newcastle and the matches between these two are called Tyne- Wear Derbies.

Queens Park Rangers FC
Queens Park Rangers FC or simply known as QPR was founded in the year 1882 and play their home matches at the Loftus Road Stadium since 1963.
QPR has only one major title to their credit and that was the League Cup Success in the 1966/67 season. They have finished first division runner-up on one occasion which was in the 1975/76 season.
QPR has played in the Premier League for a total of 7 seasons and their highest finish during this time was the 5th place they secured in the first ever Premier League season back in 1992/93.
QPR has the unique record of having used 18 different grounds as its home ground from its formation in 1882, they finally settled at Loftus Park in 1963.
QPR was healthy rivalries with several West London clubs including Chelsea, Fulham and Brentford and the matches between these clubs are called West London Derbies.

West Ham United FC
When the club was founded in 1895 they were initially known as “Thames Ironworks”. Nicknamed “The Hammers”, West Ham have only 3 FA Cups till date with the last one coming in 1980.
Hammers have tasted success in Europe as well winning the European Cup Winners Cup in 1965.
West Ham has never won English Football’s first Division also the hammers have played in 19 out of the 23 Premier League seasons till date with the best finish being 5th.

West Bromwich Albion FC
West Brom was one of the founding members of English football league in 1888 and won their one and only league title in the 1919/20 season.
West Brom however has a great domestic cup return winning the FA Cup a total of 5 times and the League Cup Once in 1966.
The baggies have a long standing rivalry with both Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
